416 Vapes, Inc. makes no claims about its products with regards to their health benefits or hazards, or claims of efficacy for smoking cessation. Purchasing or using products manufactured and/or distributed by 416 Vapes is at the risk and responsibility of the user.
416 Vapes products are prohibited from use by persons under the age of 19, women who are pregnant or breast feeding, or persons with any health conditions of any kind. Please consult your doctor for information about vaping products to discuss any potential interactions, allergies or risks.
Do not drink or otherwise ingest any products produced or distributed by 416 Vapes Inc. Nicotine is toxic if swallowed, and may irritate the skin and eyes if contact is made. In cases of ingestion, contact medical personnel for advice immediately. In cases of contact with eyes or skin, wash with clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
All products produced, distributed or sold by 416 Vapes Inc. must be kept out of reach of children. 416 Vapes Inc. further advises to ensure that its products are kept out of reach of pets.
Vaping products have not been approved by Health Canada to treat or diagnose any disease or condition. They are not intended for any therapeutic use that is not prescribed by a doctor.
Right to Refuse Service
416 Vapes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any services, orders or offers without notice. If payment has been initiated or completed for a cancelled purchase, service or offer, 416 Vapes Inc. shall issue a refund or credit if qualified.

The trademarks and trade names of 416 Vapes Inc. are trademarks or registered trademarks of 416 Vapes Inc. and may not be used without written permission for any purpose.
Incorrect Order
If you receive your 416 Vapes order, and an item is missing, damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. All of our shipments are processed, and double-checked, but although mistakes are very rare, they can happen. We may ask for photos (or I.D. numbers) of incorrect or damaged items before sending you replacements, and in some cases may ask that items be returned, but rest-assured we will always ensure you get what you ordered.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post or FedEx's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post/FedEx to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province. If Canada Post/FedEx cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post/FedEx to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.
